Paik Jong-won (Korean: 백종원; born September 4, 1966), sometimes spelled Baek Jong-won, is a South Korean chef and businessman. In television, he is known as the main host of the cooking television series Baek Jong-won's Top 3 Chef King (2015–2017), Baek Jong-won's Food Truck (2017), Baek Jong-won's Alley Restaurant (2018–2021), and one of two main judges in the cooking competition Netflix series Culinary Class Wars (2024). He is also the CEO of Theborn Korea Inc, 26 restaurant franchises with 1,299 branches across the country including Saemaul Sikdang, Baek's Coffee, and Baek's Bibim.

ペク・ジョンウォン（白種元、백종원、1966年9月4日[1] - ）は、大韓民国の料理研究家、実業家、エッセイスト。（株）ザ・ボーン・コリア（ＴＨＥ　ＢＯＲＮ　ＫＯＲＥＡ）代表取締役、外食経営専門家。延世大学社会福祉学科を卒業し、砲兵将校として兵役を務めた後、１９９３年にソウル江南（カンナム）の論峴洞（ノンヒョンドン）に「元祖サムパプチプ」を開き、外食産業に参入。現在、「本家（ボンガ）」「セマウル食堂（シクタン）」「香港飯店（ホンコンパンジョム）０４１０」「ハンシンポチャ」「ペク茶房（タバン）」など２０以上の外食ブランド、２６００以上の店舗を運営中。学生時代から飲食店を経営。外食フランチャイズで大成功を収め、テレビタレントとしても活躍する。料理についての解説に定評があり、「ペク・ソルミョン（ソルミョン=説明、설명）」とあだ名されている。
